You will need an adjustment period to really understand how you see objects when using the Blindside Helper^TM mirror.

You must always engage in a back-up manoeuvre in a secure manner. Be aware that an important number of accidents, often mortal, happen every year while trucks (heavy or semi) are backing-up.

While backing-up a truck (heavy or semi) remember to always:

have and use a back-up warning signal;

if a person outside the truck cabin is helping you to proceed with the back-up manoeuvre, it is important to stay in verbal and visual contact with such person. This person must understand his/her responsibilities during the performance of the backup manoeuvre;

in doubt, you must immobilize the truck in a secure manner, then perform an exterior visual assessment of the situation;

you must always assess and evaluate the pavement condition, localize fixed objects within the area and take into consideration that other vehicles or pedestrians may cross your trajectory;

as soon as the verification has been completed (all of the steps above), you must perform the backing-up manoeuvre before the assessed and observed situation changes;

it is always important to make sure that no-one is behind or in the way of your truck while backing-up.

In no case, RDMJ Products or it’s directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, partners, suppliers, sponsors, dealers or agents can be held responsible for damages caused by an act of God, by the use, misuse, use for another purpose than its intended purpose or abusive use of the Blindside Helper^TM mirror. The same conditions apply in case of use of a Blindside Helper^TM mirror which has been altered, transformed or modified by the end user or a third party.

Unless requested by Provincial or State Law, where the product has been purchased, RDMJ Products or it’s directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, partners, suppliers, sponsors, dealers or agents will not be held responsible or liable and will not pay any amount of money for any damages including and not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, material, moral, punitive or special damages that could be claimed by a purchaser or a third party following an incident or accident. arising out of the use or inability to use our product..

The Blindside Helper^TM mirror is sold to you “as is” with a limited one (1) year warranty against material or manufacturing defect following the date of its purchase from an authorized distributor. The warranty will be null and void in case of an act of God, a wrong or irregular maintenance, the misuse, inappropriate or abusive use, use for another purpose than it’s intended purpose or the modification, alteration or transformation of our product from the end user or a third party will void this warranty. Moreover, the warranty doesn’t apply to apparent or perceivable defects at the moment when the buyer purchased the product.
